Lanny was born and raised in Pendleton County and attended Circleville High School. He graduated from Potomac State College and West Virginia University in 1973. Lanny began his real estate career in Elkins in 1979. He obtained his brokers license in 1982 and began his own company in 1983. He obtained his GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation through the National Association of Realtors. Lanny specializes in commercial, land, farms and executive homes.
Lanny is an avid hunter and sportsman and is active in the Elkins youth baseball programs. He is a member and past president of the Tygarts Valley Lions Club, he has served on the Board of Directors at the Randolph County YMCA, the Chamber of Commerce and past president of the Elkins Regional MLS.

Originally from Fairmont, WV, Molly is a graduate of Elkins high School and Davis and Elkins College with a B.A. degree in Tourism and Recreation Management. She obtained her GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and e-Pro designations through the National Association of Realtors.
A former employee of Monongahela Power Company, she is the mother of two children, Matthew and Letitia. She has been active in many community organizations serving in capacities such as director of the Queen's Department of the Mountain State Forest Festival, president of the Junior Woman's Club of Elkins, vice president of the YMCA Board of Directors, United Way Board of Directors and the Midland Elementary PTA. She attends Saint Brendans Catholic Church where she is active in the youth group.

Originally from Belvidere, NJ, John is a graduate of Belvidere High School. John also holds a M.A. degree from Ball State University, B.S. degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and A.S. from Graham Junior College in Sales and Broadcast Management. He obtained his education in real estate through Spruce School of Real Estate. John is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is a member of the Elkins-Randolph County Board of Realtors.
John served in the United States Air Force for eight years, and 23 years with the Federal Aviation Administration, one year with the Lockheed Martin Corporation and one year with the Washington Consulting Group in Air Traffic and Flight Services. John has been a ski instructor at Timberline Four Seasons Resort since 1993. Most recently John has held a position in the Business Department of Davis and Elkins College as an Adjunct Faculty member.
John has been active in the community and is a member of Elks Lodge 1135, was an Assistant Scout Master with Troop 88, and is a registered swimming official with the National Federation of State High School Associations, and he is the father of two children, Kevin & Kristi.
