Lanny was born and raised in Pendleton County and attended Circleville High School. He graduated from Potomac State College and West Virginia University in 1973. Lanny began his real estate career in Elkins in 1979. He obtained his brokers license in 1982 and began his own company in 1983. He obtained his GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation through the National Association of Realtors. Lanny specializes in commercial, land, farms and executive homes.
Lanny is an avid hunter and sportsman and is active in the Elkins youth baseball programs. He is a member and past president of the Tygarts Valley Lions Club, he has served on the Board of Directors at the Randolph County YMCA, the Chamber of Commerce and past president of the Elkins Regional MLS.

Bill has lived in Elkins since 1955. He attended high school at Randolph Macon Academy in Virginia and two years at Muskingam College in Ohio and two years at Davis and Elkins College. He has a B. S. degree in Psychology. Prior to obtaining his real estate license, Bill had been involved in radio sales for twenty-five years. He is the former owner and manager of WDNE radio.
Bill enjoys hiking, backpacking, fly fishing and skiing. He is actively involved in the Tygarts Valley Lions Club.

Originally from Fairmont, WV, Molly is a graduate of Elkins high School and Davis and Elkins College with a B.A. degree in Tourism and Recreation Management. She obtained her GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and e-Pro designations through the National Association of Realtors.
A former employee of Monongahela Power Company, she is the mother of two children, Matthew and Letitia. She has been active in many community organizations serving in capacities such as director of the Queen's Department of the Mountain State Forest Festival, president of the Junior Woman's Club of Elkins, vice president of the YMCA Board of Directors, United Way Board of Directors and the Midland Elementary PTA. She attends Saint Brendans Catholic Church where she is active in the youth group.

Originally from Valley Head, WV, Lori is a graduate of Tygarts Valley High School and Davis and Elkins College with an A.A. degree in Office Administration with Legal Specialties. She obtained her education in real estate through Spruce School of Real Estate. Lori is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is a member of the Elkins-Randolph County Board of Realtors. She is also a Notary Public commissioned in 1997.
Lori has worked as a legal assistant for Elkins attorneys, an appraisal data clerk for the County Assessor, and as a clerk for the Elkins YMCA. Lori and her husband, Steve, have two children, Hannah and Heidi.
She is very active in the community serving as an officer and chairperson on local, county and state levels for the Community Education Outreach Service. She is presently the State Family Committee Chairman for the CEOS. She is a member of the First Baptist Church, the Chancel Choir and an 11 year member of the Handbell Choir.
Lori is Girl Scout Leader for Daisy Troop #8068 and Brownie Troop #5057 and Troop Committee for Junior Troop #4007 and 4-H. She has belonged to the Beta Alpha Beta Honorary Business Fraternity and the YMCA.
Lori is a Field Editor for Taste of Home magazine and appeared on the cover of Country Woman magazine in July/August, 2000.
